Terms of Service (TOS) for Perspec 

1. Agreement Overview

This Terms of Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the legal relationship between Perspec (“Company”) and the user (“Client” or “User”) concerning the services offered through the Perspec Website. By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

2. Services Offered

6. Intellectual Property Ownership

Unless otherwise specified, all intellectual property created as part of the services provided by Perspec, including but not limited to reports, software, or designs, remains the property of Perspec. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables solely for internal purposes.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the provision of services. This confidentiality obligation will survive the termination of this Agreement.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Perspec warrants that the services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.

This Agreement, along with any associated SOW or contracts, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
